We have been serving the mid-Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountain regions four star French Mediterannean food since 1993 when we first opened Blue Mountain Bistro restaurant in Woodstock.
Our goal is to satisfy and delight you by providing superior quality prepared foods to be enjoyed at home. We use local, organic, and imported ingredients that meet our standards of quality. We invite you to consider our kitchen an extension of your own.
We want to inspire your cooking at home as well. Our shelves are stocked with the same items we use in our kitchen: sea salts, house blended spice rubs, and olive oils. We prepare soups, stocks, sauces, and freshly baked goods. Our cases are typically filled with vegetable dishes that are part of traditional mezze or antipasti platters. Other preparations are based on seasonal availability, daily inspiration and customer requests. If you want or remember something we have made before, call or ask, we can accommodate most requests given enough time.
The Mediterranean way of eating is our inspiration. From everyday meals to special occasion dishes, our professional chefs expertly prepare and present this delicious cuisine. Whether French or Spanish, Turkish or Tunisian, Italian or Portugese, the people of the Mediterranean love to eat food that is infused with sunshine, goodwill, lots of fresh herbs, garlic and olive oil. It is our hope that you will take a bit of this warmth and good feeling home with you each time you visit.
Community is an important part of who we are. We are passionate about our local farms and use many organic and sustainable products in our food preparation. We are generous with many local not-for-profits and love being an integral part of the Mid-Hudson Valley.
We love what we’re doing and we hope you do too!
